Marcus invites Rick Fee, formerly of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod to discuss what led him home to the Catholic Church.
Rick Fee, who heads up the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice, is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an Intellectual Property Law Specialist and holds an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida with High Honors, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and President of the Vanderbilt Chapter of Phi Delta Phi. In addition to being a member of The Florida Bar, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the District of Colorado, the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas, the Court of Federal Claims, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of The Federal Bar Association and The American Intellectual Property Law Association.
